Every 5 to 10 years, depending on the surface and how exposed it is. South and west faces weather fastest. If you are seeing chalking, cracking or bare wood, it is time.
Dulux. It is part of CIL, a Canadian-owned company that makes its paint here in Canada. We pick the product to suit the surface and tell you by name what is going on your walls before we start.
Yes — a deposit books your start date, and your dates go in writing. The deposit protects both of us: you get certainty on the calendar, we get the commitment to hold it.
Let the paint cure for about two weeks before washing. It will be dry to the touch long before that, but curing is what gives you the durable finish.
Give the exterior a wash once a year. It takes an afternoon and it noticeably extends the life of the paint.
Both. A single room, a stairwell, a set of doors — all fine. We have minimums so a small job still covers a proper crew day, and we will tell you that up front rather than after.
Yes. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected, and the site is left livable at the end of every day. Prep and protection are part of the price, not an extra.
You tell us, and we fix it. We walk every wall with you before we call a job done, and if something turns up afterwards we come back. A complaint handled well is worth more to us than a job we walked away from quietly.
